An observation: we all know life is not all roses.
That is why there are so many marketing techniques out there selling us services and products that promises us good energies to improve our life. Unending beauty treatments promising us a package that would solve your eye bag problems, your overweight issues, or buy an piece or ten that promises to bring you love and a soul mate, or a change of name would guarantee a change of destiny -as if, we are powerless until we endow ourselves with something from the outside that can help us with the internal unrest that we can never ever settle.
This reliance and a hoping of the best or at least a better is a block towards us taking the steps to actually take responsibility in our lives to not have to worry about bad/negative situations that we want to avoid. In fact, this movement of taking true responsibility (and not hoping for the best) is so unfamiliar to us that most of us don’t even know that this is an option.
It’s simple-any unrest in our lives first needs to be identified.
1/We need to know what is bothering us.
2/Then we have to see that this is not all everybody’s fault.
Blaming is huge irresponsibility that stops us from growing.
3/When we can identify what our part is in all of this, we can start to take our responsibility.
4/Taking responsibility is immense joy-it frees us from what is holding us back.
This is not to say, not to purchase or wear that gorgeous bead bracelet, or to do your facial that infuses essential oils to bring happy vibes, or even buy that dress that gives you color therapy- but to know that doing those things alone, still brings a sense of disempowerment of hope, but not being absolutely certain.
But our Livingness, that is how we start to take responsibility is something we can commit to 100% and simply see results, for it is a science that cannot be refuted.
